उपायैः पूर्ववधकथनम् / Strategic Justifications for Prior Eliminations
भेरीशब्देन महता मृदड्भानां स्वनेन च । गजानां बंहितैश्वापि तुरड्राणां च ह्रेषितै:
bherīśabdena mahatā mṛdaṅgānāṁ svanena ca | gajānāṁ bṛṁhitaiś cāpi turaṅgāṇāṁ ca hreṣitaiḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : «Au puissant fracas des tambours de guerre, au roulement des mṛdaṅga, aux barrissements des éléphants et aux hennissements des chevaux, le champ de bataille retentit.» Dans cette scène de guerre, ce paysage sonore marque l’escalade délibérée du conflit : une démonstration de puissance qui accroît la peur et la résolution, rappelant combien la frénésie collective peut submerger le discernement et le dharma dans la mêlée.
