धृष्टद्युम्नस्य द्रोणाभिमुख्यं तथा सात्यकि-कर्ण-समागमः

अपूजयन्त त॑ देवा विस्मितास्ते5स्य कर्मभि: । युद्धमें प्रायोपवेशन करनेवाले, इन्द्रके समान पराक्रमी भूरिश्रवाको मारा गया देख सिद्ध, चारण, मनुष्य और देवताओंने उनका गुणगान किया; क्योंकि वे भूरिश्रवाके कर्मोंसे आश्चर्यचकित हो रहे थे
apūjayanta taṁ devā vismitās te ’sya karmabhiḥ |
Sañjaya dit : «Les dieux l’honorèrent, stupéfaits par ses actes. Voyant Bhūriśravas—héroïque tel Indra—tué alors qu’il avait entrepris sur le champ de bataille le jeûne jusqu’à la mort, les Siddha, les Cāraṇa, les hommes et les dieux célébrèrent ses vertus, tant ils étaient saisis d’émerveillement devant la grandeur de sa conduite.»
