अजयदू राजपुत्रांस्तान् भ्राजमानान् महारणे । एक: पज्चाशतं शत्रून् सात्यकि: सत्यविक्रम:,परंतु उस महासमरमें शोभा पानेवाले अपने शत्रुरूप उन पचास राजकुमारोंको सत्यपराक्रमी सात्यकिने अकेले ही परास्त कर दिया
ajayad ū rājaputrāṁs tān bhrājamānān mahāraṇe | ekaḥ pañcāśataṁ śatrūn sātyakiḥ satyavikramaḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Dans cette grande bataille, ces princes qui brillaient d’un éclat guerrier furent pourtant vaincus : Sātyaki, dont la vaillance ne dévie pas de la vérité, abattit à lui seul cinquante ennemis.
