Adhyāya 141 — Night duels: Śaineya and Bhūriśravas; Droṇi and Ghaṭotkaca; Bhīma and Duryodhana
The verse highlights kṣatriya-dharma in action: in a crisis of battle, a warrior must act decisively, focusing on the principal threat without hesitation, while remaining committed to the larger duty of the war.
Sañjaya narrates that Arjuna, moving quickly, turns his aim and intention toward Karṇa—signaling an imminent confrontation or tactical shift to engage a key adversary.
