Śalya–Bhīma Gadāyuddham (मद्रराज-भीमसेन गदायुद्धम्)
निर्दहन्तमनीकानि साक्षादग्निमिवोत्थितम् । दृष्टवा रुक्मरथं क्रुद्धं समकम्पन्त सृञज्जया:,सुवर्णमय रथवाले द्रोणको वहाँ प्रकट हुए साक्षात् अग्निदेवके समान क्रोधमें भरकर सम्पूर्ण सेनाओंको दग्ध करते देख समस्त सूंजयवीर काँप उठे
sañjaya uvāca | nirdahantam anīkāni sākṣād agnim ivotthitam | dṛṣṭvā rukma-rathaṃ kruddhaṃ samakampanta sṛñjayāḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : «Le voyant—tel le dieu du Feu lui-même dressé en personne—réduire en cendres les formations, et voyant le guerrier au char d’or, enflammé de colère, les héros Sṛñjaya se mirent à trembler.»
