Transliteration

vimardaḥ sumahān āsīd alpānāṃ bahubhiḥ saha

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Une mêlée immense et écrasante s’éleva, lorsque le petit nombre fut contraint de combattre le grand; image de la brutale disproportion de la guerre et du péril de ceux qui sont en infériorité numérique.
