Evening Withdrawal after Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
त॑ विसंज्ञं विमनसं त्वरमाणस्तु सारथि: । अपोवाह न सम्भ्रान्त: सर्वलोकस्य पश्यत:,उसे अचेत और अनमना देख सारथि तनिक भी घबराहटमें न पड़कर अत्यन्त उतावलीके साथ सबके देखते-देखते रणभूमिसे दूर हटा ले गया
taṁ visaṁjñaṁ vimanasaṁ tvaramāṇas tu sārathiḥ | apovāha na sambhrāntaḥ sarvalokasya paśyataḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Le voyant inconscient et accablé, le cocher — sans la moindre panique — l’emmena promptement hors du champ de bataille, sous les yeux de tous. La scène souligne la discipline du devoir dans la guerre : même sous le regard du monde et au cœur de la crise, il faut agir avec constance et présence d’esprit pour préserver la vie et tenir son rôle.
