Kurukṣetra-sainyadarśana and Arjuna-viṣāda (धर्मक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः — अर्जुनविषाद)

मोहादेतौ न जानन्ति नरनारायणावृषी । तव पुत्रा दुरात्मान: सर्वे मन्युवशानुगा:,राजन्‌! आपके सभी दुरात्मा पुत्र क्रोधके वशीभूत हो मोहवश यह नहीं जानते हैं कि ये श्रीकृष्ण और अर्जुन ही साक्षात्‌ नर-नारायण ऋषि हैं

mohād etau na jānanti nara-nārāyaṇāv ṛṣī | tava putrā durātmānaḥ sarve manyu-vaśānugāḥ ||

Sañjaya dit : Aveuglés par l’illusion, tes fils ne reconnaissent pas ces deux-là—Kṛṣṇa et Arjuna—comme les sages mêmes, Nara et Nārāyaṇa. Ô Roi, tous sont d’intention mauvaise et se laissent mener sous l’empire de la colère.
