तावत् ते पाण्डवैवीरै: सौहार्द मम रोचते । युद्ध मदनन््तमेवास्तु तात संशाम्य पाण्डवै:
tāvat te pāṇḍava-vīraiḥ sauhārdaṁ mama rocate | yuddham anantam evāstu tāta saṁśāmya pāṇḍavaiḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : «Tant que ton amitié avec les héros Pāṇḍava peut être rétablie, c’est cela seul qui me paraît juste. Ne laisse pas, mon cher, cette guerre devenir sans fin : fais la paix avec les Pāṇḍava.»
