शीतस्यामृतकल्पस्य दिव्यगन्धरसस्य च । अतर्पयत्‌ ततः पार्थ: शीतया जलधारया

Transliteration

śītasyāmṛtakalpasya divyagandharasasya ca | atarpayat tataḥ pārthaḥ śītayā jaladhārayā ||

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Alors Pārtha le ranima et l’apaisa en versant un filet d’eau fraîche — une eau dont la fraîcheur semblait nectar, et qui paraissait dotée d’un parfum et d’une saveur divins. La scène souligne un moment d’humanité au milieu de la violence guerrière, où compassion et devoir coexistent sur le champ de bataille.
