मध्येन कुरुसैन्यानां द्रावयामास वाहिनीम्‌ । उस समय सेनाके अग्रभागमें खड़े हुए धनुर्धर अर्जुनने कौरव-सेनाके भीतर प्रवेश करके आपके सैनिकोंको खदेड़ना आरम्भ किया

Transliteration

madhyena kurusainyānāṃ drāvayāmāsa vāhinīm |

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Arjuna, l’archer placé à l’avant-garde, força l’entrée au sein de l’armée des Kaurava et se mit à refouler tes soldats, taillant à travers le cœur même des formations des Kuru. Le vers souligne l’élan de la résolution juste au combat : une prouesse disciplinée, tournée vers un devoir assumé, peut disperser même une armée immense.
