पुन: पुन: समाश्चस्य प्रायुध्यत मदोत्कट: । अर्जुनस्तु रणे राजन् योधयन् संव्यराजत
punaḥ punaḥ samāśvasya prāyudhyata madotkaṭaḥ | arjunastu raṇe rājan yodhayan saṁvyarājata ||
Sañjaya dit : Sans cesse, reprenant courage, ton fils Duḥśāsana—farouche dans l’ivresse de l’orgueil—se ruait de nouveau au combat avec une vigueur renouvelée, même après avoir été repoussé. Mais Arjuna, ô Roi, en combattant sur ce champ, brillait d’un éclat manifeste, faisant voir maîtrise et constance au cœur de la fureur guerrière.
