भीष्मस्य जलप्रार्थना — अर्जुनस्य पर्जन्यास्त्रप्रयोगः — दुर्योधनं प्रति सन्ध्युपदेशः
Bhīṣma’s request for water; Arjuna’s Parjanya-astra; counsel to Duryodhana on reconciliation
स विद्धों दशभिरणिस्तोत्रैरिव महाद्विप:
sa viddho daśabhir aṇistotrair iva mahādvipaḥ, vyanadat samare śūraḥ siṃhavad raṇamūrdhani |
Sañjaya dit : Frappé de dix flèches, le héros rugit sur le champ de bataille tel un grand éléphant tourmenté par des aiguillons acérés ; blessé, Bhīmasena tonna à l’avant du combat comme un lion, changeant la douleur en résolution intrépide et proclamant que son devoir guerrier demeurait sans brisure au milieu du tumulte de la guerre.
