भीष्म-पर्व अध्याय १०० — त्रिगर्त-आक्रमण, भीष्म-केन्द्रित पुनर्संयोजन, तथा शक्त्यस्त्र-विनिमय
संस्तूयमान: सूतैश्न मागधैश्व महायशा: । पूजयानश्च तान् सर्वान् सर्वलोकेश्चरेश्वर:
saṁstūyamānaḥ sūtaiś ca māgadhaiś ca mahāyaśāḥ | pūjayānaś ca tān sarvān sarvalokeśvareśvaraḥ || (evaṁ sa prayayau rājā sarvasainyasamāvṛtaḥ |)
Ainsi le roi illustre—célébré par les bardes et les panégyristes—s’avança, écoutant leurs louanges et les honorant tous. Entouré de la totalité de ses troupes, Duryodhana, qui se donnait pour seigneur des seigneurs du monde, poursuivit sa marche (vers le camp de Bhīṣma).
