स यज्ञ: शुशुभे तस्य साक्षाद् देवर्षिसंकुल: । गन्धर्वगणसंगीत: प्रनृत्तो5प्सरसां गणै:
sa yajñaḥ śuśubhe tasya sākṣād devarṣi-saṅkulaḥ | gandharva-gaṇa-saṅgītaḥ pranṛtto ’psarasāṃ gaṇaiḥ ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana dit : Son sacrifice resplendissait d’éclat, comme s’il était visiblement rempli de cohortes de ṛṣi divins. Sa magnificence était encore rehaussée par la douce musique des troupes de Gandharva et par les danses des groupes d’Apsaras — signes que le rite s’accomplissait en accord avec l’ordre sacré et une royauté digne.
