Abhimanyu’s Śrāddha; Vyāsa’s Assurance of the Unborn Heir (अभिमन्योः श्राद्धं तथा गर्भरक्षणोपदेशः)
उत्तरां त्वमवेक्षस्व गुर्विणी मा शुच: शुभे । पुत्रमेषा हि तस्याशु जनयिष्यति भाविनी
uttarāṁ tvam avekṣasva gurviṇī mā śucaḥ śubhe | putram eṣā hi tasyāśu janayiṣyati bhāvinī ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ô dame de bon augure, tourne ton regard vers Uttarā : elle est enceinte. Ne t’afflige pas. Cette noble Uttarā mettra bientôt au monde un fils pour lui (Abhimanyu).»
