Guṇa–Ritual–Immanence Teaching
पुन: पुनश्च वार्ष्णेयं पर्यष्वजत फाल्गुन: । आ चरक्षुविषयाच्चैनं स ददर्श पुन: पुन:
punaḥ punaś ca vārṣṇeyaṃ paryaṣvajata phālgunaḥ | ā carakṣu-viṣayāc cainaṃ sa dadarśa punaḥ punaḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : À maintes reprises, Phālguna (Arjuna) étreignit Vārṣṇeya (Śrī Kṛṣṇa). Et jusqu’à ce que Kṛṣṇa eût dépassé la portée de son regard, Arjuna ne cessait de se tourner vers lui—marque d’une affection inébranlable, de gratitude et de vénération pour l’ami qui l’avait guidé à travers le fardeau de la guerre et du dharma.
