अध्याय ९ — धृतराष्ट्रस्य युधिष्ठिरं प्रति राजनित्युपदेशः
Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Counsel on Royal Policy to Yudhiṣṭhira
उत्तरीयै: करैश्नापि संच्छाद्य वदनानि ते । रुरुदु: शोकसंतप्ता मुहूर्त पितृमातृवत्
uttarīyaiḥ karaiś cāpi saṃchādya vadanāni te | ruruduḥ śokasaṃtaptā muhūrtaṃ pitṛmātṛvat ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Ils se couvrirent le visage de leurs vêtements supérieurs et de leurs mains, et se mirent à pleurer. Consumés par le chagrin, ils pleurèrent un moment, tels des parents déchirés à l’instant de se séparer de leur propre enfant.
