(Gopradāna-vidhi) — Procedure and Praise of Cow-Gifting
This line is a colophon marking the end of a chapter framed as Yama’s authoritative instruction within the Dāna-dharma section; its ethical thrust is that dharma is taught through disciplined guidance, with special emphasis on the moral weight of giving and righteous conduct.
Rather than advancing plot, the text signals closure: it announces that the seventy-first chapter—titled “Yama’s Discourse”—within the Anuśāsana Parva’s Dāna-dharma section has been completed.
