गोप्रदान-माहात्म्ये गोलोक-प्रश्नः
Gopradāna-Māhātmya: Inquiry into Goloka
रत्नदानं च सुमहत् पुण्यमुक्तं जनाधिप । यस्तान् विक्रीय यजते ब्राह्मणो हाभयंकरम्
ratnadānaṃ ca sumahat puṇyam uktaṃ janādhipa | yas tān vikrīya yajate brāhmaṇo hābhayaṅkaram ||
Bhīṣma dit : Ô roi, le don de joyaux est déclaré d’un très grand mérite. Et si un brāhmaṇa vend les joyaux reçus en don et accomplit un sacrifice avec le produit, alors, pour lui, cette acceptation de dons n’est pas une cause de crainte.
