रक्षाविधानं मनसा स संचिन्त्य महातपा:
rakṣāvidhānaṃ manasā sa sañcintya mahātapāḥ
Bhīṣma dit : Après avoir mûrement considéré en son esprit les moyens justes de protection, ce grand ascète avança avec une prudence délibérée—montrant que la sauvegarde d’autrui doit être guidée par la réflexion, la discipline et l’intention droite, plutôt que par l’impulsion.
भीष्म उवाच
Protection (rakṣā) should be planned with thoughtful deliberation (sañcintya manasā) and grounded in disciplined, dharmic intent—implying that ethical safeguarding requires foresight and self-restraint.
