तस्या रूपेण सम्मत्ता देवगन्धर्वदानवा:

tasyā rūpeṇa sammattā devagandharvadānavāḥ

Bhīṣma dit : «Envoûtés par sa beauté, les dieux, les Gandharvas et les Dānavas furent tous captivés—montrant combien la forme extérieure peut émouvoir même les êtres les plus élevés et devenir une force puissante dans l’ordre moral et social du récit.»
