मातङ्ग–शक्रसंवादः

Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities

स्‍्नातानां शुचिभिस्तोयैर्गाज़ियै: प्रयतात्मनाम्‌ । व्युष्टिर्भवति या पुंसां न सा क्रतुशतैरपि

snātānāṃ śucibhis toyair gāṅgaiḥ prayatātmanām | vyuṣṭir bhavati yā puṃsāṃ na sā kratuśatair api ||

Le Siddha dit : Pour ces hommes maîtrisés qui se baignent dans les eaux pures de la Gaṅgā et purifient ainsi leur être intérieur, l’accroissement de mérite qui en naît est tel qu’on ne l’obtient pas même en accomplissant cent sacrifices.
