स्वस्तिद: स्वस्तिभावश्च भागी भागकरो लघु: । उत्सड्रश्न महाड़श्व महागर्भपरायण:

Transliteration

svastidaḥ svastibhāvaś ca bhāgī bhāgakaro laghuḥ | utsaḍraśna mahāḍaśva mahāgarbhaparāyaṇaḥ ||

Translation

Vāyu-deva dit : «Il est le dispensateur du bien-être et l’incarnation même de l’auspice ; il reçoit sa part légitime dans le sacrifice et répartit aussi les offrandes sacrificielles. Prompt dans l’action, libre de tout attachement, pourvu de membres puissants et d’une grande force, il est le refuge suprême d’Hiraṇyagarbha (la source cosmique).»
