Shloka 11
तत्कथं वै नाद्रियेयमी श्वरोडस्मीति पुत्रक । मा ते मन्युर्महाबाहो भवत्वत्र द्विजान् प्रति
tat kathaṃ vai nādriyeyam īśvaro ’smi iti putraka | mā te manyur mahābāho bhavatv atra dvijān prati ||
«Comment donc pourrais-je ne pas honorer les brāhmaṇas, mon fils, en me disant : “Je suis le Seigneur, capable d’accomplir toute chose” ? Ô toi aux bras puissants, ne laisse pas naître ici la colère contre les deux-fois-nés. La révérence due aux brāhmaṇas ne doit pas être abandonnée au nom de sa propre puissance.»
