भीष्मस्योत्तरायणप्रतीक्षा तथा युधिष्ठिरागमनम् | Bhīṣma’s uttarāyaṇa moment and Yudhiṣṭhira’s arrival
समुत्पत्स्यति गोविन्दो मनोर्वशे महात्मन: । अड्ढजी नाम मनो: पुत्रो अन्तर्थामा ततः पर:
samutpatsyati govindo manor vaṁśe mahātmanaḥ | aṅgo nāma manoḥ putro ’ntardhāmā tataḥ paraḥ ||
Īśvara dit : « Govinda surgira (prendra naissance) dans la lignée du magnanime Manu. Manu aura un fils nommé Aṅga ; et après lui viendra un descendant nommé Antardhāmā. » Dans son contexte, le passage expose une généalogie providentielle : la descente du Seigneur y est située au sein d’une lignée royale affinée par le dharma, pour relever les dieux et rétablir l’ordre juste.
