दक्षे शमदमोपेते निर्ममे धर्मचारिणि । पृच्छामि त्वां वरारोहे पृष्टा वद ममेप्सितम्‌

Transliteration

dakṣe śamadamopete nirmame dharmacāriṇi | pṛcchāmi tvāṃ varārohe pṛṣṭā vada mamepsitam ||

Translation

Ô toi qui es capable, douée de paix et de maîtrise de soi, exempte d’orgueil et vouée à la conduite juste—ô dame aux hanches gracieuses, je t’interroge. Puisque tu as été questionnée, dis ce que je souhaite connaître.
