कालयुक्तधर्मविवेकः
Discerning Dharma in Accord with Time
प्राणातिपाते यो रौद्रो दण्डहस्तोद्यतः सदा । नित्यमुद्यतशस्त्रश्न हन्ति भूतगणान् नर:
prāṇātipāte yo raudro daṇḍahastodyataḥ sadā | nityam udyataśastraś ca hanti bhūtagāṇān naraḥ || evaṃbhūto naro devi nirayaṃ pratipadyate |
Maheśvara dit : «Ô Déesse, l’homme qui, féroce à ôter la vie, se tient toujours prêt, le bâton à la main, les armes sans cesse levées, et qui ne cesse de tuer des multitudes d’êtres vivants—un tel homme, ô Devi, tombe en enfer.»
