धर्मनिन्दा–धर्मोपासनाफलम् तथा साध्वाचारलक्षणम्
Fruits of Disparaging vs. Observing Dharma; Marks of Good Conduct
अन्निहोत्रमुपासं श्व जुद्दानश्व॒ यथाविधि । सर्वातिथ्यमुपातिष्ठन् शेषान्नकृतभोजन:
agnihotram upāsaṁś ca juhuyād aśvaṁ yathāvidhi | sarvātithyam upātiṣṭhan śeṣānna-kṛta-bhojanaḥ ||
Mahādeva dit : «Qu’il entretienne régulièrement l’Agnihotra et, selon la règle, verse les oblations dans le feu sacré. Honorant tout hôte par une hospitalité convenable, qu’il ne mange qu’après avoir servi les autres, prenant pour nourriture ce qui reste des offrandes. Ainsi discipliné dans le devoir domestique—retenu, humble et fidèle aux rites prescrits—il soutient le dharma par le sacrifice, la maîtrise de soi et le service.»
