Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
त॑ प्रपद्य सदा वत्स सर्वभावेन शड्करम् | तत्प्रसादाच्च कामेभ्य: फल प्राप्स्यसि पुत्रक,“बेटा! सदा सर्वतोभावसे उन्हीं भगवान् शंकरकी शरण लेकर उनकी कृपासे ही इच्छानुसार फल पा सकोगे'
taṁ prapadya sadā vatsa sarvabhāvena śaṅkaram | tatprasādāc ca kāmebhyaḥ phalaṁ prāpsyasi putraka ||
Vāsudeva dit : «Mon cher enfant, prends toujours refuge en Śaṅkara de tout ton être. Par sa seule grâce, tu obtiendras les fruits que tu recherches, selon tes vœux.»
