दानशील-समाचारः, सत्कारः, अहिंसा च
Umā–Maheśvara Saṃvāda
पितरश्न न तुष्यन्ति सह देवैर्विशेषत: । प्रायक्षित्तं तु यत् तत्र ब्रुवतस्तन्निबोध मे
pitaras na tuṣyanti saha devair viśeṣataḥ | prāyaścittaṁ tu yat tatra bruvatas tan nibodha me ||
Là, les Pitṛs (esprits ancestraux) ne sont pas satisfaits — et même avec les dieux, ils se montrent tout particulièrement mécontents. Écoutez donc, tandis que j’expose l’expiation (prāyaścitta) prescrite en de telles circonstances.
