Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
Bhishma dit : «Ô seigneur des hommes, le sage qui recherche la prospérité doit toujours demeurer dans une maison bien bâtie : une demeure dont la construction a été dûment commencée après le culte à Vāstu accompli par un brāhmaṇa, et qui a été édifiée par des artisans habiles.»
