Chitrāṅgada’s duel with the Gandharva and Vicitravīrya’s consecration
एवंविधाश्षाप्यपरे देवकल्पा महारथा: । जाता मनोरन्ववाये ऐलवंशविवर्धना:,ऐसे ही और भी कितने ही देवतुल्य महारथी मनुवंशमें उत्पन्न हुए थे, जो महाराज पुरूरवाके वंशकी वृद्धि करनेवाले थे
evaṃvidhāś cāpy apare devakalpā mahārathāḥ | jātā manor anvavāye ailavaṃśavivardhanāḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Bien d’autres grands guerriers de char, divins par leur vaillance, naquirent encore dans la lignée de Manu, et ils devinrent les artisans de l’accroissement de la dynastie Aila (de Pūruravas).»
