Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
चक्रतुर्नामधेयं च तस्य बालस्य तावुभौ । दम्पती वसुषेणेति दिक्षु सर्वासु विश्वुतम्,उन दोनों दम्पतिने उस बालकका नाम वसुषेण रखा। वह सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंमें भलीभाँति विख्यात था
cakratur nāmadheyaṃ ca tasya bālasya tāv ubhau | dampatī vasuṣeṇeti dikṣu sarvāsu viśrutam ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana dit : Tous deux, mari et femme, donnèrent aussi un nom à l’enfant : Vasuṣeṇa. Ainsi devint-il célèbre dans toutes les directions.
