King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
अर्थवानेष देशो हि धनरत्नादिभिय्युत: । वसुपूर्णा च वसुधा वस चेदिषु चेदिप
arthavāneṣa deśo hi dhana-ratnādi-bhir yutaḥ | vasupūrṇā ca vasudhā vasa cedīṣu cedipa |
Vaiśaṃpāyana dit : «C’est vraiment une région prospère, pourvue de richesses, de joyaux et autres biens. La terre elle-même y est pleine de trésors ; ainsi, ô roi de Cedi, demeure parmi les Cedis.»
