King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
गिरिं कोलाहलं तं तु पदा वसुरताडयत् । निश्षक्राम ततस्तेन प्रहारविवरेण सा,उसके रोकनेसे नदीकी धारा रुक गयी। यह देख उपरिचर वसुने कोलाहल पर्वतपर अपने पैरसे प्रहार किया। प्रहार करते ही पर्वतमें दरार पड़ गयी, जिससे निकलकर वह नदी पहलेके समान बहने लगी

Vaiśampāyana dit : Lorsque le courant de la rivière eut été barré, Uparicara Vasu frappa la montagne Kolāhala du pied. À ce coup, une fissure s’ouvrit dans la montagne, et par cette brèche la rivière jaillit et se remit à couler comme auparavant.
