Duḥṣantasya Vana-praveśaḥ
King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
लक्षणं चैतदेवेह भविता ते नराधिप । इन्द्रमालेति विख्यातं धन्यमप्रतिमं महत्,नरेश्वर! यह माला ही इन्द्रमालाके नामसे विख्यात होकर इस जगत्में तुम्हारी पहचान करानेके लिये परम धन्य एवं अनुपम चिह्न होगी
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
lakṣaṇaṃ caitad eveha bhavitā te narādhipa |
indramāleti vikhyātaṃ dhanyam apratimaṃ mahat ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ceci même sera ici ton signe distinctif, ô roi. Célèbre sous le nom d’“Indramālā”, cette grande guirlande, incomparable et de bon augure, deviendra la marque par laquelle le monde te reconnaîtra.»
