खनकेन तु तेनैव वेश्म शोधयता बिलम् । पांसुभि: पिहितं तच्च पुरुषैस्तैर्न लक्षितम्,उसी सुरंग खोदनेवाले पुरुषने घरको साफ करते समय सुरंगके छेदको धूलसे ढक दिया था। इससे दूसरे लोगोंकी दृष्टि उसपर नहीं पड़ी
khanakena tu tenaiva veśma śodhayatā bilam | pāṃsubhiḥ pihitaṃ tacca puruṣais tair na lakṣitam ||
Or celui-là même qui avait creusé le tunnel, en nettoyant la maison, recouvrit l’ouverture du trou de poussière. Ainsi dissimulée, elle ne fut pas remarquée par les autres hommes.
