Adhyaya 71: पुरत्रयवृत्तान्तः—ब्रह्मवरदानम्, मयकृतत्रिपुर-निर्माणम्, विष्णुमाया-धर्मविघ्नः, शिवस्तुति, त्रिपुरदाहोपक्रमः
तुष्टुवुर् गणपेशानं देवदेवमिवापरम् देवा ऊचुः नमस्ते रुद्रभक्ताय रुद्रजाप्यरताय च
tuṣṭuvur gaṇapeśānaṃ devadevamivāparam devā ūcuḥ namaste rudrabhaktāya rudrajāpyaratāya ca
Les Deva célébrèrent Gaṇeśa, Seigneur des Gaṇa, comme s’il était un autre Dieu des dieux. Les Deva dirent : «Hommage à toi, dévot de Rudra, toi qui te réjouis sans cesse du japa (répétition) du Nom sacré de Rudra.»
