राक्षसानामभावाय कुरु सर्वेश्वरार्चनम् त्रैलोक्यं शृणु शाक्तेय अपराध्यति किं तव
rākṣasānāmabhāvāya kuru sarveśvarārcanam trailokyaṃ śṛṇu śākteya aparādhyati kiṃ tava
«Pour faire disparaître les Rākṣasas, accomplis l’arcana, l’adoration de Sarveśvara (Śiva), le Seigneur de tout. Écoute, ô fils de Śakti : quand bien même les trois mondes t’offenseraient, quel mal réel pourraient-ils faire à celui qui se réfugie en le Pati par Son arcana ?»

It presents Shiva-arcana (often centered on the Linga) as a direct remedial act: worship of Sarveshvara dissolves hostile forces like Rakshasas and establishes divine protection.
Shiva is invoked as Sarveshvara—the supreme Pati who stands beyond the fluctuations of the three worlds; refuge in Him makes worldly offenses powerless over the devotee.
Arcana (formal worship) of Shiva is emphasized as the practical discipline; in Shaiva terms it aligns the pashu (soul) with Pati, weakening pasha (bondage) expressed as fear, hostility, and affliction.
