Adhyaya 28
ध्येयो महेश्वरो ध्यानं चिन्तनं निर्वृतिः फलम् प्रधानपुरुषेशानं याथातथ्यं प्रपद्यते
dhyeyo maheśvaro dhyānaṃ cintanaṃ nirvṛtiḥ phalam pradhānapuruṣeśānaṃ yāthātathyaṃ prapadyate
Mahēśvara seul est digne d’être médité ; la méditation et la contemplation stable s’achèvent dans le fruit du repos intérieur. En prenant refuge en Īśāna—Seigneur de Pradhāna (la Nature primordiale) et de Puruṣa—on réalise le Réel tel qu’il est.
