मेरुपर्वतवर्ष्माणं घोररूपं भयानकम् / शङ्खचक्रगदापाणिं तं प्राह गरुडध्वजः

meruparvatavarṣmāṇaṃ ghorarūpaṃ bhayānakam / śaṅkhacakragadāpāṇiṃ taṃ prāha garuḍadhvajaḥ

Alors Garuḍadhvaja (Viṣṇu), tenant la conque, le disque et la massue, s’adressa à cet être dont le corps était tel le mont Meru, d’aspect terrible et effrayant à contempler.
