FAQs

It stresses inevitability: certain processes—especially the accumulation and maturation of consequences—continue through all times and conditions, urging vigilance in dharma.

By listing opposite conditions (fortnights, night/day, heat/rain/cold), the verse indicates that karmic increase or consequence-building is not paused by time, season, or circumstance.

Maintain consistent discipline—ethical conduct, restraint, and regular remedial practices—because outcomes keep accumulating regardless of mood, weather, or timing.
