महादेव्याः आविर्भाव-रूपान्तर-विहारवर्णनम्

सिंहव्याघ्रमृगादीनि लोकहिंसाकराणि तु / नृपो हन्याच्च सततं देवार्थे ब्राह्मणार्थके

siṃhavyāghramṛgādīni lokahiṃsākarāṇi tu / nṛpo hanyācca satataṃ devārthe brāhmaṇārthake

Les lions, les tigres, les cervidés et autres bêtes qui causent du tort au peuple, le roi doit les abattre sans cesse, pour l’œuvre des devas et pour le bien des brāhmaṇas.
