कृतद्युतिरजानन्ती सपत्नीनामघं महत् । सुप्त एवेति सञ्चिन्त्य निरीक्ष्य व्यचरद्गृहे ॥ ४४ ॥
kṛtadyutir ajānantī sapatnīnām aghaṁ mahat supta eveti sañcintya nirīkṣya vyacarad gṛhe
Ignorant le grand péché de ses coépouses, la reine Kṛtadyuti pensa : «Mon fils dort profondément.» Elle le regarda puis circula dans la maison, sans comprendre qu’il était déjà mort.
