तं पूजयित्वा विधिवत्प्रत्युत्थानार्हणादिभि: । कृतातिथ्यमुपासीदत्सुखासीनं समाहित: ॥ १५ ॥

Transliteration

taṁ pūjayitvā vidhivat pratyutthānārhaṇādibhiḥ kṛtātithyam upāsīdat sukhāsīnaṁ samāhitaḥ

Translation

Le roi se leva pour accueillir le sage et, selon le rite, l’honora par l’arghya, l’eau pour les pieds et d’autres offrandes, accomplissant ainsi le dharma de l’hôte. Quand le ṛṣi fut assis à son aise, le roi, maîtrisant son mental et ses sens, s’assit à terre près de ses pieds.
