न ह्यङ्गाजातनिर्वेदो देहबन्धं जिहासति । यथा विज्ञानरहितो मनुजो ममतां नृप ॥ २९ ॥
na hy aṅgājāta-nirvedo deha-bandhaṁ jihāsati yathā vijñāna-rahito manujo mamatāṁ nṛpa
Ô roi, de même qu’un homme privé de connaissance spirituelle ne désire jamais abandonner son faux sentiment de possession envers tant de choses matérielles, de même celui qui n’a pas développé le détachement ne veut pas quitter la servitude du corps matériel.
