Kali-yuga’s Degradation, the Advent of Kalki, and the Reset of the Yuga Cycle
This verse states that after four thousand divine years, Kṛta (Satya) Yuga manifests again, marking a renewal of purity and dharma.
Śukadeva Gosvāmī speaks these descriptions of Kali-yuga and the future yuga cycle to Mahārāja Parīkṣit.
By steady sādhana—especially śravaṇa and kīrtana of Bhagavān’s names and teachings—one can purify the mind so it reflects the Self, even amid Kali-yuga conditions.
