This verse says dharma is best taught through personal example—by practicing it, approving it when seen in others, and praising it.
Because embodied beings learn dharma most effectively when they see it lived; the teacher’s conduct, endorsement, and praise reinforce true understanding.
Live the values you speak about—practice them consistently, encourage others when they act rightly, and openly appreciate good conduct.
