श्रुत्वैतद् रुरुधुर्भूपा नयन्तं पथि कन्यकाम् । भग्नवीर्या: सुदुर्मर्षा यदुभिर्गोवृषै: पुरा ॥ ५३ ॥

Transliteration

śrutvaitad rurudhur bhūpā nayantaṁ pathi kanyakām bhagna-vīryāḥ su-durmarṣā yadubhir go-vṛṣaiḥ purā

Translation

En l’apprenant, les rois intolérants —dont la vaillance avait jadis été brisée par les héros Yadu— voulurent arrêter Śrī Kṛṣṇa sur la route tandis qu’Il ramenait Son épouse; mais les Yadu anéantirent de nouveau leur puissance.
